Telegram CEO Pavel Durov Arrested in France

Pavel Durov, the founder and CEO of the popular messaging app Telegram, was arrested around 8 p.m. last Saturday evening. The alleged offenses include terrorism, money laundering and fraud, among others.

Toncoin ($TON), the native cryptocurrency on The Open Network (a decentralized layer 1 blockchain) dropped by over 10% after the arrest.
